  • “I want to let you know that I appreciate your work for my Mother. I found you easy to speak with and responsive to her needs. She’s pleased with her new furnace. She lived with an oil furnace for many years that propane took a little ‘getting used to’. I heard from her that your techs worked diligently and effectively. One of them carried some wood into her house so she could keep a fire going while the furnace was being installed; it meant a lot to me, since I could not be there to do it. I’m looking forward to seeing the new installation when I visit during Thanksgiving.

    One small chore dropped through the cracks ~ installing flashing over the propane lines inside and outside the house. Apparently someone called, saying they’d pick up the final check, but they haven’t by yet.

    She will be asking PGG to remove the oil from her underground tank; she’s a bit reticent to call, wondering they will really take the oil and credit her for it. I reminded her that you’ve offered to speak with PGG if there is any difficulty in the matter.
